Courses
Britsafe recognises the importance of training its personnel in accordance with the Skills for Security approved guidelines and also, more specifically in company procedures.  The company invests heavily in training both in the classroom and on our customers premises. Britsafe offers to all personnel the opportunity to take recognised courses offered by Skills for Security.

Security Officers are encouraged to develop themselves within the security industry with the assistance of:

Basic Job Training
This is a five-day course held in-house.

Professional Security Officer
This course is a combination of a classroom and distance-learning package, with exams taken at Britsafe Headquarters.  Successful candidates receive a cash bonus.

Advanced Security Officer
This course is a combination of a classroom and distance-learning package, with exams taken at Britsafe Headquarters.  Successful candidates receive a further cash bonus.

These courses are accredited by the City and Guilds, which enables our staff to achieve industry recognisable qualifications and enhanced career prospects.  Britsafe House is a Skills for Security approved examination centre.

Supervisors Course
This course is available to those personnel who have been identified as having the capability of becoming supervisors.

The course is delivered by the company's advanced trainer and is Skills for Security approved.
